THIS IS MY FIRST FORUM USE EVER PLEASE BARE WITH ME I'M KNEW TO THIS. I HAVE A 2001 DODGE 3500 DULLY 5.9L 6 SPEED. THE A/C BLOWS GREAT WHEN I'M MOVING BUT WHEN HITTING THE BREAKS FOR A STOP SIGN/LIGHT, THE A/C BLOWS VERY HOT. I TURN THE A/C OFF FOR A FEW SECONDS AND TURN IT BACK ON AND IT BLOWS COLD UNTILL THE NEXT STOP. IS THIS A MIXING DOOR OPERATED OFF OF VACUME? HAS ANYONE ENCOUNTERED THIS PROBLEM AND WHAT IS THE FIX? FOUND A FEW WORN VACUME HOSES THAT I REPLACED BUT NO LUCK SO FAR.

On a 2001 one I had, I ended up replacing the entire system, compressor, tubing, condenser, filter etc. I threw enough parts at it that it had to work. I replaced alot of it in Florida one warm summer.
