I did run loaded towing my 5er 2 weeks ago.  My rig is heavy and without the bags my main spring pack is down on the bottom overload and the top overloads are also touching.  When traveling with the springs down on the overloads they don't have a lot of springing.  I ran the bags at 50#s going down and 30#s coming home.  Both air pressures gave me main pack spring travel and rode much better.  They took the harshness off the 19.5s.
