Alaska- Day 10. Northern Lights
« on: March 17, 2013, 06:53:40 pm »
Last night around 11PM AK time, there was a green glow in the sky. I grabbed the Canon, got dressed and waitin outside. For the next half hour or so, the lights got brighter and starte dancing across the sky. It looked just like it does in the movies. We are right t the foothills of a mountain range called Hatcher Pass, so we could only see parts of the lights, but I still got some great pics. My buddy was on his way from Anchorage coming across the flats, so he saw the lights tail to tail, and said it was the best lights this winter.

Since nobody else uses this "remote" section on the forum, I will use to to post my up coming adventures and experiences as they unfold.

Tomorrow is my first day of work for Cummins as a Power Gen/ Diesel Tech Lvl 4.
