Title: OK who wants to run this

That means being responsible for it ... making sure reservations are made ... making sure food is cook ... making sure everyone knows what's what.  Kenz does an AMAZING job taking care of the NC one and Rich of course knocks it out of the park w/ the SE / National one.

So someone volunteer please.  This isn't a nomination position ... to much work for a :quote: not it :quote: mentality.

I am excellent in the art of grilling. Planning shouldn't be an issue. There are no Hotels in the area; unless you want to want to drive a ways to get there. We need to work out a deal with a camper to pull. I may be able to acquire a travel trailer, but its not in the best of shape.

Right now I want to get a list of who all is going first. Then we can determine how many beds we need.
