i pulled last night and finished 3rd in work stock. tried my luck in the 2.6 class, and made it 1 foot. ended up breaking the front u-joint when i started to let off the brakes. the rear tires spun, and hen i started to back off, the rear pinon snapped smooth off. the front drive shaft took out the trans pan and shift linkages
vids to come soon

ya this has been the worst weekend in a very long time, or ever for me. had a friend burry his grandma, lost 5th gear in the dauly goin to the pull, so i drove 200 miles in 4th gear doin 50-55. then as soon as i got to the track, got news of a friend from HS went down on his bike and died, then my truck broke, then the sled operator slammed into my truck while i was pulling the rear drive shaft and dang near knocked my truck right over me

Hope things turn around.
