Pistol or Rifle?

Go with a .22 cal. Ammo is inexpensive and you can shoot all day for less than $50 as a brick of 500 will run you as low as $18.

I like my S&W Victory, was looking for a Ruger mark 4. But for the price I couldn't pass it up. However for a beginner, any .22 cal pistols in the $200 price range will still give you good accuracy without breaking the bank.

One thing you could do is many ranges do rentals. Doing that will allow you to shoot multiple guns without the worry about having to clean them.

The more I shoot the more I enjoy them. Got a threaded barrel for my G34, thing is tolerable even shooting indoors suppressed.

Cummins Diesel Trucks / Another recall - 17V-821
« Last post by Smitty on January 18, 2018, 01:46:34 pm »
Another recall on my 2017.

Safety Defect/Non Compliance Description and Safety Risk

The Brake Transmission Shift Interlock (BTSI) locking pin may become stuck in the open position. A BTSI locking pin stuck in the open position may allow the transmission to be shifted out of PARK and to or from any gear position without depression of the brake pedal and/or without the key in the ignition, if a key is applicable. The transmission may be shifted of the PARK position without a key in the ignition or a brake pedal application. This increases the potential for an unintended vehicle rollaway that may result in a vehicle crash or injury without prior warning.

Repair Description

The remedy for this item is currently under development.

Recall Status

INCOMPLETE BUT REPAIR PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

Cummins Diesel Trucks / Re: Lowering kits

The rear springs are coils too, unless you got the air ride suspension. So new springs would be the only lowering option.
