Sammi made a pop sound.  Now he doesn't wanna move.

Rain sucks BTW.  At least it's over at my friends shop.  Guess I'll work on tearing it down tomorrow night.  :banging:

Driveline pop.  Engine is fine.  I think it's in the transfer cases or the coupling between them.  I can put it in gear and change gears.  Clutch doesn't make any noise.  I know the second t-case will engage into 4wd.

Found out Sammys sickness.  The coupler between the transfer cases stripped out.  I've got another yoke I'm going to have turned down to make a new coupler.  Had to order another seal.  Maybe I'll have it together by this weekend.  At least I'm only out about $20 or so.

Sami is mobile again.  I need to do a little more polishing here and there, but I've driven it around a bit now.

I can't leave well enough alone so we had to do some sorta upgrade while it was apart.  Sooooo why not better lighting?

I replaced the sealed beam headlights with a lens for an H4 style light.  Then installed HID's.

Check out the bugs, I literally turned on the lights and walked around front to take the side pic and look how many were attracted.

I also changed out the alternator from a GM style single wire to a 110VDC/Welder/Alt setup.  I couldn't get a good pic of it though at night.

I've also expanded the shop a bit, I've got a nice parts washer and a sandblaster now.

And this is the other addition I picked up today.  A 99 Honda fourtrax that needs a top end.  I did some work for my uncle on his other fourwheelers and got that as payment.

Oh yeah, the dodge got a new set of 315/75-16 BFG MT's and herculiner'ed around the bottom.

I've been busy lately.  Now that the samurai is almost 100%.  I'll knock out the honda real quick.  Then it's time for twins...
