And I was going to rebuild the stock motor want to hit at least 700 horsepower on motor alone how hard would that be........

Man, I'm gonna be honest here.....a bit brutal, but honest.....

You're in way over you're head if you think that stock block is gonna make 700 HP on motor alone. It ain't gonna happen.

You're not talking a motor REBUILD, you're talking a WHOLE NEW MOTOR.

That stock block WILL NOT handle that power and it WILL NOT be streetable at that power even if it got there.

There's a reason you haven't seen it done.....no one wants to drop that kind of coin.

Seriously man, do you have ANY IDEA what this entails?

I'm not trying to be an azz, I'm just callin' what I see. Ya gotta have realistic expectations and this is no where close to that.

I'm sorry if that comes off as rude, but you have no clue what you're in for with this kind of project.
Ok but I still want some boost and i guess I could go supercharged but I reall like the turbos idea but i see where you are coming from so i think I could just get 600 out of the new block and bore and stroke it.  Also need to know what heads to use.

Personally I'd go though cch (clearwater cylinder heads) with the 2.02 valves like these on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-EQ-IRON-RAM-DODGE-318-360-CYLINDER-HEAD-VALVE-SPR_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem255585a148QQitemZ160348610888QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

Hughes sells these same heads (Iron Ram EQ) and jacks the price so pick them up cheaper on ebay.  Might even try calling cch direct (they do have a website) and see if they can work you a deal.  My friend got the 1.92 versions for his ram and loved the quality.  I recommend them to my roommate for his miata after he warped his.  He was happy with the quality as well.  If I ever build up my truck, this is what I have always planned to install.
