tell me how to remove the steering stabilizer on my truck? I got the one bolt that's just a normal bolt, but then the other ones got a cotter pin in it, which i got out, then took the nut off, but can't get the bolt to come out.  :helpsmilie:
'96 1500 reg. cab short bed, 318, 5spd, 4wd

When I did mine on my 96, it was siezed in there good...I had to take the linkage off, heat it red hot with a torch and then smack the  :censored: out of it with a BFH...  Two smacks got it then....

becareful when your hitten the bolts not to flare the ends of them, if you have enough room screw the not back on and leave it loose, you can hit the nut and once it moves take the nut off and drive it on out
