94-98 12 Valve Recommended Fuel 

 

Diesel no 2 minimum cetane rating
40 for temp above 32 degrees F
45 for temp below 32 degrees F
45 with prolonged heavy loads (towing, max GVWR, etc)
Acceptable emergency alternative fuels for 1994 & later 12 Valve trucks:
#1 and #2 Diesel
1K and 2K Kerosene
Jet -A,  Jet A-1,  JP-5,  JP-8
NOT Acceptable
Jet-B,  JP-4,  Cite
95 12v 4x4 auto K&N drop in. 4 inch turbo back MBRP exhaust, Garmon trans, 4k gsk, 140 injectors, fully modded afc, pump timed, delivery valves, custom ground fuel plate, Phatshaft 62. And a very large list of to do's.

actually pure vegtable oil is a better solution !

the guys at work mix motor oil with their diesel   :cheers:


1993 W250 12 valve
hx40, 75hp sticks, m4, 4000 gov, arp's , 60lb springs, electric lift pump, timing advanced, full power screw bottomed, smoke screw turned up, star wheel turned 2 turns.

I would worry about Very Fine Metal being in the oil. I read a story the they would filter the oil through 2 or 3 filters with 1 filter having Magnets placed on the out side to attract any metal
