Another rescue for the Green Machine
« on: October 02, 2010, 08:39:10 am »
:punk: Tonight i marked up rescue number 4 with my truck's career. On my list of saves already were a ranger stuck in a river, a car spun off the road, and a friends suburban buried to the pumpkins in clay mud (this one was like a 2 hour procedure, but i got it.) Well today while at work my brother called me asking if i knew of a truck that wanted to prove itself, so i asked what happened, and one of our friends went out and got high centered in his F-250 with the 7.3 in it, well he managed to bend both nerf bars up far enough so that he couldn't open either door, and his rear tires were off the ground about half a foot. So i show up after work, and hook up chains, i put it in 4lo and creeped until the chain got tight then gave the skinny pedal a good dose of my boot, and popped him off the hill and got him free. Not bad for a little 318  :daddy:. Now for as long as i know this kid i'll be giving him shit, saying " hey, remember that time i unstuck your big diesel?"  :43:

:punk:  Ya, trucks go better with the drive wheels on the ground.
