Thinking about getting a 99
« on: October 09, 2010, 12:50:40 pm »
Hey guys, I had a guy call me a few days ago and he wants to sell me his 99 dodge ram 2500 with 180,000 miles it has the 6cyl cummins and a vplow he wants 8,000 for it all and I was just wondering what you guys think about that, The frame has no rust defects just some dents and scratches on the body and a mismatched tailgate and he just rebuilt the transmission on it not to long ago (I was acctually there when he did it and even drove it since then) and it does not seem to have anything obvious wrong with it when going down the road either.

Let's see some Pics and hear a little more about it.
Check and see if it is the Dreaded "53" Block
