Pics of some loads...
« on: November 09, 2010, 12:44:53 am »
In July my Wife and I quit both of our "day jobs", bought a 2008 CTD C&C and a 40' PJ flatbed and started a Hotshot business! It's been a lot of fun...and a lot of work!

Here's some pics of some loads:

We heard that a lot

Funny thing is that nobody knew what year the Mustang was. The broker said it was a '67, the shipper said it was a '65 and the collector in Japan who bought it said it was a '66

 That would be cool! We do wish we'd gone with the 5500 we looked at though. It was a little more than we wanted to spend...but the extra rear axle weight rating would be nice most of the time.

 Do you know the area in the pic? It was technically Scottsdale but you're good  ;) We picked up the tanks there too. I think it was in August? I just remember it was 113 degrees

I figured it was Scottsdale judging by the desertscape. Scottsdale really fancies up every corner to keep it authentic. You start going west and it turns to trash real quick. East Valley is just nice in general, (except for Apache Junction.)

Yeah man, its HOT in the summer. 113 ain't nothin for August. You were here on a cool day.  If you get a chance, get down here sometime from now to march. You won't want to leave.

Yeah I know. I lived in Phoenix for a year and a half after high school, I went too UTI. We were in Kingman, Sedona and Phoenix again a few weeks ago.

Oh cool. Didn't know that. When were you here? New campus in Avondale or old spread out Phoenix campus?

I had orientation at UTI today. My first day of school is next Monday. Pretty impressive looking school. The services they have to help students is phenomenal, I have never heard of the staff going through such great length to help students get by.
