Hi Steer set up
« on: November 26, 2011, 09:21:32 am »
I've been slowly picking away at my 3/4 ton axles getting ready to swap them into my truck. I was just wondering if anyone here has done any reading about converting to a hi steer set up, or maybe where i can order one from? I know i've seen them before, but now that i'm actually looking I can't seem to find any for the 2nd gens. Or does anyone know of a good steering upgrade for the 2nd gens? Maybe just a beefed up stock set up?

thanks for any input

Thuren Fabrication does...    I've personally held one of his adj. trackbars in my hand and it is no comparison to stock.  It is quite a work of art.  I know there isn't' much too it, but the tolerances on the misalighment spacers, the welds, the thickness of materials etc just screamed quality.   (Or it could have been my conscious trying to justify the $ ;)
