Chrome 20s for your Black 20s
« on: November 15, 2010, 04:53:26 pm »
I have some American Racing wheels with brand new Goodyear Eagle tires on them. Lifetime warranty through Discount Tire. Rims are in great shape, no curb rash or scratches! I just don't like the chrome, and I'm wanting some black rims.... whatcha got?

Personal opinion here......

As dark as your truck is, I'd stick with the chrome.

It looks good.

Well, either I want some black rims, or I want those new chrome clad wheels, I like those a lot. If you have those, I'd be interested in trading too.

I think it would look cool with black wheels. I tried to photoshop your wheels black, but I have no idea how to work it, I just got the program about an hour ago.

Yeah I think so too, lol, I am a noob to Photoshop too, I am in the same boat as you!  ;D2

But I think black wheels would look pretty sweet. I really like those new clad wheels, maybe get those powdercoated black would be tight!

I don't think it is worth it. I wanted to keep the stock wheels and get them powdercoated, until I went to get them done. It is more cost effective to buy the Walker Evans racing wheels that I want rather than get the stockers powder coated. So now I have 2 sets of stock wheels to get rid of.

Yep. I've got 3 without tires on them in my garage, and 5 on my truck. The 5th has my fullsize spare on it.
