Well, I am pretty sure I have narrowed it down. With my fuel pressure gauge bouncing around between 35-45PSI of fuel pressure with the engine running. It sits still and constant when key is on and engine off. Now, here is the real question. Do I go for a good draw straw like one Vulcan makes or a sump like the Hellmann one?

Might be something else you want to look @.
Yeah, work on it once out of the truck and you won't ever want to do it other wise.I'll take 2 hours pulling the motor just for the convenience of having it on the stand and being able to walk around it.
