"K01" Recall and my smarty
« on: February 14, 2012, 07:03:48 pm »
Good Morning Guys - So it's time for me to get my truck registered and of course I live in CA.  The place is great but unfortunately the DMV controls all kinds of crap :banging:.  So I guess I have to get the "K01" recall done which is going to basicall de-tune my truck :censored:?  Then I understand my smarty won't work?  My truck has been running amazingly well and I don't want to change anything! Has anyone experienced this?  What do I need to do to make sure my Smarty works again?  Download a new update to the Smarty?  Any suggestions on which tune?

Thanks guys.

Set it back to stock, update to latest software and you'll be fine.

Works great - I see no difference in the power.
