Need some help please.

I am trying to figure out what color to powder coat the rims on old blue.



Could someone please help with that?  I would like to see this truck with the cab top and running boards matched to the rest of the truck and the rims black with wide white wall tires and the rims white with the tires that are on it now.  The chrome centers need to stay chrome but the lettering in the ones I have are white instead of red.
