Well got her on the dyno today.  SHE SMOKED LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN!  I have to pull some fuel out of her.  I made 550HP/1200TQ and my intercooler boot on the cold side blew off mid run.

Or add some air. Clean up that smoke with some dental office inhalant.

Yea I could add more air but a zero plate full forward is a lot of fuel to burn.  Not many setups will handle it and not to mention all I have studs so I really don't wanna got too much higher in boost.

What size turbos do you have now?  I have a very nice 101mm that would clean up your smoke problem nicely!

Looking to upgrade again.

Did you really just ask that??  Seriously....

Yes, the next upgrade will be a new 540 CI short block, the new goal is 1600 RWHP.

1970 Chevelle 496 Single 101mm Turbo . . . Stock door panels and rear seat. (It was easier to say what is stock than list all the mods.)
2004 Duramax Heavy Dooty, Edge CTS, S&B intake, MPRP exhaust

1965 Corvette Stingray (Dad's car)
1970 Corvette Convertible (Mom's car)
1931 Sedan Delivery (Grandfather's, bought new)

Sheet, he doesn't like to go near it now!

At that powerlevel it will be more of a dyno queen,  there isn't much of a chance of getting all that power down.  Plus, were talking some serious coin to get there and I have other projects going on as well.

Well I think I have got a game plan down on how to solve my air problem.  I originally want to redo the twins with a S483 for my primary but that is $ I don't have.  New game plan that will get me where I wanted to be is to ditch the HT60 primary and replace it with either a HT4B or a HT80 which is almost the same size as a S483.  Doing this, I can keep my current piping and it will bolt right in.
