ticking/knocking cummins2003

Hi im New here need some advice my cummins cr 2003 got some ticking knocking in front of engine my railpressure is around 5600psi ideling is this too low is the FCA/Mprop fucked then. or is it some injectors that are fucked

from the sound of it youve got some gauges. 5600 is fine for idle.

first, how many miles, and what other mods?

the FCA is known to do a little knock, it may be worth it to replace the FCA as it is not that expensive and easy to replace. Before you do anything, it may be worth it to pull off any power adders to see if that makes a difference.

I keep an extra one with me just in case. mine went out around 70K. showed no sign of going out, just stuck open.

thx for replying guys my ram has 142miles and mods are quadzilla xzt set on about 100hp extra got afe magnum force intake,afe 4"exhaust,airdog fp150gph. tryed to go off some hp on quadzilla was the same ticking/knocking so nothing there. think im ordering a fca try that first and if that doesent work have new nozzels but heard they arent the best edge jammer 60hp anycomments on this???
