how do I flush cooling system? '08 ram 1500 5.7L

Hey guys,

I have an '08 RAM 1500 w/ the 5.7L Hemi.  So far this truck has been very good.  Aside from normal  maintenance (tires, brakes, oil changes, air filters, spark plugs, etc) the only thinigs I have had to fix or replace was an  outer tie rod end and an EGR valve.

I have 107,000 miles  on the truck now.  I wanted to do a complete flush of the cooling system but am not sure of the correct way to do it on this truck.  What is the best method?  And what is the best coolant to buy for this truck?
