Map Switch Harness

Does anyone know if you can order this wire with switches from Dodge?  The bulb works but the switch decided to come in two ... after repeated use from my youngest.  I cannot find it online and my dealer is closed for inventory today.  Might have to make a trip to pull-a-part.
