Next time it does it, try pulling the a/c relay and reinstall it and see if it works.

Is there an A/C relay? I thought everything was tpim controlled.

I brought it home, no charge. I let them keep it over night and it's worked everytime they start it up.

Just looked at a wiring diagram and there is no relay.  The control circuit wire comes from the ECM to the integrated module which actuates the load circuit which is where battery power comes in and goes out to the clutch.
