Walt / Rob,

The trailer is setup at the house. Power and water is on. I'll leave the door open in case you get there before I get home.

The AC isn't on, but I have a few windows open and I'm sure you can figure out the AC if needed.

I'll pull out an extra air bed to put on top of the pull out for whoever is sleeping on that.
