Drivers side Brake light
« on: October 11, 2013, 12:50:38 am »
Drivers side brake light keeps blowing.  After 3 bulbs in 3 months, decided to change the board that the lights plug into.  Is this the fix, or is there another issue I haven't found yet?  :argh:  All other systems work fine.  Suggestions, Ideas?
You can't fix stupid

That is the fix. They sometimes get a burned spot on one of the contacts and it will loose contact. As soon as I saw a "brake light" thread that board was the first thing that came to mind.

Hey Guys, while we're on the subject of that Drivers Taillight, anyone know where I can buy the little rubber grommets that help hold that assembly in?  That assembly got damage at any Auto Car Wash and they bought me a new one, but the little studs are just a fraction smaller in diameter then the OEM and I have to bump it into place every so often. I can't find a part number for them or even what they are called.
