Truck was rotting away next to the house. Never got used besides runs to Home Depot. Was sad to see, so it went to a new home where it'll be used. I may look for a 1500 in the future but a 3500 became too impractical. Our Durango became a SAR K9 vehicle. Lost the rear seats to a dog box and room for all our gear. Not really a commuter vehicle anymore and with starting a new job next year that's further away, was looking for a four door commuter that was more comfortable than the truck.

Logical way of thinking about it Jake.

Still sad to see out original forum rides slip away. I know that one day I'll part with mine too as I no longer have a 5'er to tow. I do have a boat less than half the weight of the camper…..so if I keep telling myself that I can justify keeping the truck…..

…it's all good!

It was a fairly long discussion about the truck and it was definitely bittersweet to see it go... But at least the guy who bought it will use the truck like it's supposed to be used.

That being said- The Charger required little conversation LOL. I kept looking at the Challengers on the lot and Jake had to keep pulling me back and reminding me that we already have a two door car.
Why yes, I do drive a 2009 MINI Cooper S.

I am definitely a Smidget**

That's a sweet looking car.  What are the MPG's for the SRT?  Might need to upgrade the family wagon in the next year or two.

Haven't ran a full tank thru her yet but based on mileage and tank size I'm right at 14mpg for what I would consider city driving. Not too shabby considering how tempting it is to smash the skinny pedal.

Jake can't ever say no to that temptation, either...

I will say that I am incredibly impressed at how quiet the vehicle is, regardless of how fast we are going or if we're city or highway driving.

I don't think the point of the SRT is to say, 'let's not smash the skinny pedal and giggle like a little girl."
