Gun finishes
« on: January 28, 2014, 07:36:17 am »
I've got a couple 80% ar15 lowers that I have finished out the rest of the way, right now they're bare aluminum, and in my wonderful state most shops that do finish work such as anodizing are to afraid to take a complete unregistered lower. I was wondering if anyone has done any finishes themselves before and had any luck.

Never done one myself. Buddy has done a few non AR rifles, steel not aluminum. Got all his stuff from Brunell's I believe. But I have to say he did bluing, not anodizing.
