2007 Dodge Caliber and Transmission Speed Sensor
« on: February 23, 2014, 04:44:05 pm »
The Vehicle has thrown error code u4112 and will not start.  Would a transmission speed sensor cause the vehicle to not start?

I am not seeing any information about that particular code, but what I can find about "U" codes, they are all computer errors. I would say that your computer will definitely keep your car from starting.

From my experience, the "P" codes would cover things like a speed sensor, so I wouldn't say that the sensor is your issue.
