Clicking noise in the front end
« on: September 29, 2014, 04:01:43 am »
I am new here.. Hoping you guys can help me out... I have a clicking coming from the front drivers side of my truck.  It tends to click at lower speed and disappears at anything above 35 mph... I took it to the mechanic he said it was a loose sway bar... but it didn't fix the noise it sounds like a metal on metal clicking noise and sounds like if I got a rock in my tire but louder.  Already checked for rock lol .. I checked the brakes and track bar and ball joints , the u joints in the front end were replaced about a year ago when I did the free spin kit.. Any help or ideas you can offer me would be great.
