2014 Dodge Durango Disappoints

I waited a year for the 8spd tranny. Flew into a dealer to get the citadel pkg at end if 2013.  So far have had it in the shop 3 times (this time the AC is down - coolant leaked out) & part on back order with no ETA.  Dealer here doesn't do loaners... Said they had a loaner wrecked & customer had no insurance. So I'm out a car during first year w/no loaner.

What were the other two visits for? Did they get those two squared away?  Other dealerships have any better luck finding parts?
