Picked up a 2012 Ford Edge SEL. Very impressed with it so far

Ok, it wasn't just us then.. The back seats in the Escape are like a bad bench seat.. The fronts were only sort of ok.

I had an '01 Escape ~ I remember the weird look the sales guy gave me when he was trying to sell me on it and I was completely ignoring him while setting up my son's car seat to make sure it fit right.  Even back then the back seat was odd; can't image it's gotten much better.

I do like that color

Must be a ford thing. My brother had a '98 explorer. The front seats were okay, but the rear could only be described as some sort of mid evil torture machine. Hated the back of that thing.
