Just got  my tonneau cover from Undercover flex | 4wheelonline. I noticed that the design looks similar to Backflip which is good I think. Now, I need a low profile toolbox that will not interfere my cover. What can you suggest guys? I'm thinking of creating a custom one if there's nothing available in the market.

There are plenty of toolboxes on the market that will fit under a bed cover.  Tractor Supply Company, Lowe's, etc... will have them in stock.  As will your local specialty truck accessory place that has hitches and bed caps.

I have a tool box/auxiliary fuel tank from RDS in mine. I don't have the cover, but sits below the bed line.
