Small Budged Upgrades

Hello everyone!  I have an 06 and completely stock.  134,000 miles and am now thinking about putting a little money into it.  What would be my best options, keeping fuel economy in mind for some upgrades.  Really would just like to hear others opinions and ideas so I can work off of those and see what happens. #1 upgrade would be gauges...EGT, Tranny temp, etc etc
#2 would be transmission. Need to upgrade tranny to meet expected hp/torque gains you are wanting.
