2008 Ram 1500 Brake lights stay on when ignition off

Hi all,
2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 quad cab.

The problem I have is that the brake lights stay on after my ignition is shut off, and it seems they're on a timer because after several minutes they go out.They do not work on a brake application, I've also lost my rear pickup bed light/high mount stop light. I've checked all fuses and bulbs, and even installed a new brake switch today but still the same problem. Anyone with any ideas? Any help appreciated.
