I like the way he backed up and the just drove off like nothing happened....I was told by someone that military vehicles don't have to follow the rules of the road like civilians.  Anyone know if thats true.

From what I understand from a Friend that just got back - in certain area's they are not to stop for basically anything.  It all depends on the AO and the Op Tempo and who's running the show.

AZ / Rich you got different?

It depends where you are and what's going on.

My 1989 Suburban 2500 that I bought for $900 in Asscrackistan was my ramming vehicle.

I had a 2x10 c-channel front bumper welded to it, that if they didn't get out of the way of the horn....they got out of the way of the bumper.

That bumper had every color of the rainbow on it.

Other times, you were trying to be friendly.

That's about all the details you get on that.

That's being mild.............

Ya here that POS HMMWV trying to accelerate??? That's about all the pig has with the added armor.

That's why I bought the Suburban and used that for the ram.

Friggin thing was a beast. 3/4 ton, 4x4, 454, c-channel bumper, middle seats to the sides, rear seat to the back.

Poor thing got cut in half by a damn Jingle truck and a semi.

The only HMMWV I had in the stable that was worth a crap was the civilian one. That thing was pimp. It was a full tilt, turbo'd Hummer. It was still a dog, but it was at least cushy.

Unfortunately, I had to have 4 gun trucks to take it and the nuclear golf cart out.

Felt like the biggest target on the planet with that damn thing.

Hehehehe!
