« on: November 20, 2008, 04:44:00 pm »
i was going through ebay this morning while in class (i know, paying full attention to the principle of econ) and found this very slick looking second gen....i am not sure if I am a fan of it or not...i like the way it looks and i am sure it is mean...just look how clean he has kept the under body of this truck!

He's got a 'buy it now' of 28,500

sounds like a pretty good deal considering all the mods

Wonder why he's selling...  His add says he doesn't have to, but that sounds like a low price for a truck that BOMBED

i would paint it for sure and do some diff tires and wheels...but leave the stacks and the mods are sweet...i love how he matched the inside to the out and under the hood...but i would paint it a diff color and match everything prob...

i think his buy it now is high for the truck but that is just me...i also hope he gets more the the high bid..

lets see who gets closer...

I am going to say the high bid will be around 22500 - 23000

what do yall think?

You know, I don't think he will get anywhere near his buy it now.  Times are getting tough and I don't think people will spend that much on a toy like that.   Sure is cool though.

I think the price is high too.  I paid $28,500 for my 01 CTD and it was less than a year old with 33k on the clock.  It's priced about $12k-$15k over blue book and I don't think he has $10k worth of add-ons.

That dash bezel would look pretty cool on your truck Mayfair, that is if it isn't cracked, ha ha.

I've got the woodgrain bezel which I'm pretty happy with.

Anyone know what kind of aftermarket bumper that is?

At first I thought that maybe he had put a Sport bumper on there, but it looks liek he may have a hole for a winch, so I don't think that's what it is. It IS a cool looking bumper though.
