OH - didn't notice that...

I asked the guy at Geno's when I bought it what the CTD did stock, and he said between 20 and 30, so I went with the 60, figuring I'd give myself room to grow.

For the 2nd gens, I went with the Autometers. I think they matched perfectly

I'm having trouble understanding why you guy's have to velcro your gauge pods in place. Why can't you permanently attach them?

Well, mine sits right against the glass and Im not skilled enough to drill glass and bolt it to it.... I might be able to fab a bracket that comes from the headliner but then it would shake up and down and Id still need to "glue" to to the glass.
The velcro works real well in my case.

Donny - they're talking about the one above the rear view mirror (look at noplugs pic) not the ones in the A pillar (isn't that redneck for what you lay yer hed on?  A piller!)

Oooooooh ..... I never saw one personally. I thought that the bracket attached to the headliner somewhere behind the morror, not to the glass. NOW I get it.

It does attach to the headliner.

There are two tabs that go up and into the headliner to support it.

But, the back of the mount has velcro that goes on the glass.

I like the simplicity of an all in one unit.

Gotta add one more pic.

My single pod steering column mount and rail pressure gauge came in today.

I gotta paint it to match, so I'll get it in this weekend.

I'll toss mine in the mix since I don't see anyone else sporting Issapro: top EGT, Middle 60 lb boost, bottom Fuel Pressure.  Not pictured Tranny; installed in dash.

Day: (well kinda I was in the garage...so it wasn't exactly bright)

Night: (sorry for the blur...it was bloody cold this morning)

Do the steering column mounts fit over top of the existing plastic piece, or replace the top plastic part of the steering column?

I've got AutoMeter Phantoms in the top mount. They don't match the stock gauges exactly, but I like how the numbers light up at night, not the whole gauge. I find that distracting up above my eyeline like that. They were supposed to be on the dimmer, but the guy I had do them screwed that up and now he's out of business. The velcro I got was horrible, and the heat melted it off as soon as the weather warmed up. I tried a few different glues, including mirror glue, and couldn't get those to work either, until I went with an industrial sort of thing. I don't remember what it is, but I dread having to pry it off, as I have to replace my windshield now.

Here's another alternative placement for gauges. This is the traditional dash pod with Isspro gauges mounted. The exterior shell has been painted to match the dash color.

Sorry no night pics as of yet.

Do the steering column mounts fit over top of the existing plastic piece, or replace the top plastic part of the steering column?

They fit over the top.

You can either secure it with 2-sided tape or drill four 1/8" holes in the OEM piece and use the supplied push pins.
