hey batman make BRs rig scrape the ground LOL.

Download paint dot net, its free and can hold its own against adobe ps. I use photoshop because I get it free (never understood paying for software) I also like lightroom from adobe.
Anyways paint.net will help you get started if you ever want to jump into photo editing.
