Dave - I think he did one time (or maybe it was just the outdoor channel running his bloopers)

He's got the best attitude though...

I've seen him close fishing rods in the tailgate, run them over, hook himself in the: foot, finger, nose, fall in the water, get bit by a goose, etc and he never gets pissed, he just laughs at himself
