My new ride
« on: May 20, 2009, 02:28:41 am »

Rental for a few days - trip to Morgantown

Nice interior and great ride, but completely gutless (after my SRT6)

I've never rented a vehicle that didn't have cruise control!  Sux!

It was supposed to be 3 of us going for this training, so I had rented a 'mid-size SUV' for the trip, so I didn't have a 6'3" dude stuffed in the back seat of a quad cab

Well, long story short, ended up two of us going, and the SUV turned out to be a friggen minivan (only thing it doesn't have is a rainbow decal on the back window)  :argh:

Believe it or not, you can still get a car without power steering.

It was SOOOOO nice to drive a REAL Dodge home tonight (had to hit PL10 a couple times  :devil2: :burn:)

That thing was a gutless wonder - and only got 20 MPG (granted, I was driving thru the Appalacians, and running 70-85 the whole trip)
