95% of the time I use Murphy's (Wal-Mart), because they are usually the cheapest place in town. If you use their Discover/debit card you get 3 cents off. Hopefully they are one of the better stations.

Used to use Flying J, but their prices are usually higher (upwards of 20 cents a gallon) than what you can get at Murphy's and other local stations.

Seems all of the bigger truck stops have really jacked their prices up!

The reason why the truck stops are more expensive is because they have an over the road tax on that fuel. It doesn't really make a whole lotta sense to me, it is just another way the Gov can screw the people.

Thats bacwards down here in my area the flying J and Pilot are the cheapest ones around, and my neighbor is a tanker driver for the pilot stations and fills both diesel tanks every day there,And they started using the bio about 6 months ago and they where having so much trouble with their own trucks using that crap that they finally stopped adding the bio to the deisel fuel. I dont think they add the anti gel in florida for the winter either so fuel should stay more stable around here.I hope..

I knew to leave if their dumping fuel, but the wal-mart MurphyUSA I go to,if I get there while their setting up, It's puts me to close to the fill port the way the pump is set up, so they can't start till I finish filling up.

But if I get there and there dumping I leave and go pay a higher price down the road, it's cheap insurance, even with the bigger filter's and water trap on the Air Dog, I don't want to take the chance.

Quick Trip is building stations around here all over the place. I have used their fuel in my truck and my VW TDI, both vehicles run fine on their fuel and they usually have the best prices in town.
