Mercruiser bellows

Anybody know how to replace the bellows on a mercruiser alpha 1 gen 1 drive, my shift one went bad, water got in, suspect driveshaft one also, u-joints shot shop wants 2100 to replace bellows and u-joints. :censored:

you have to split the outdrive off of it, and plan to replace the gimball bearing as well - the grease probably washed out of it, and it's wasted

The drive is already apart, gimbal bearing is shot. This started as a simple fix a bunk support and find a small leak.
