needin rear drive shaft
« on: September 21, 2009, 09:07:21 pm »
well saturday i was headed to tusla for the drag race, got half way there had a real bad vibration and the whole truck was shacking. it felt more like something in the front end, ended up being the rear u-joint, one of the end caps poped off, beat the shit out of the dirve shaft and it fell off when we tried to load the truck up. it looks like it will be unuseable so i need at leats the back half of the shaft for a 99 dodge 2500 4x4 auto with the dhd transfer case, long wheel base quad cab. it is a 2 piece drive shaft.

i found one for 200 plus the fuel to drive over three hours, good deal?

Most drive shaft shops can install a new yoke for about the same price, but less fuel if they are close

Try calling around
