Truck Gear 1/2" Trans Line Sender Manifold
This is a easy install with just a few tools and a small mess
This also goes along with NoPlugs ( Rob ) DIY on the replacement of the whole line
http://www.dodgeownerforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=5679.0Here are the tools I used along with Robs DIY
3/4- 7/8 open end and 3/4 - 7/8 Flair Nut Wrenches
Sharpie, Ruler, and Tubing Cutter and Trans Line Sender Manifold
BEFORE YOU CUT MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SIZE Manifold FOR YOUR TRANS LINENext Find the Center then measure 1 each side of center ( The instructions says cut just 1 out
But I found that 2 is Perfect ) then cut out with the Tubing Cutter ( Measure TWICE ) (You need to ONLY cut 1" out so there is ENOUGHT flat aera for the compression to tighten on )
Then install the ferrules, Manifold then tighten
Thanks to Noplugs ( Rob ) for doing the original DIY
This Is the same as Rob done except I just install the Manifold only
As long as you Feel Confidant in Cutting your Trans Line you will be Fine
There is a small mess with a small amount of trans Fluid leaking out
This is where I got The Manifold
