A/C Clutch staying engaged

I have a 2015 Dodge Durango that has the A/C clutch always engaged. It is a parasitic draw and drains my battery. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Thank you,
John

So it seems my TIPM is bad and it is causing my A/C clutch fuse to drain the battery. That is what I am being told, does this sound right to anyone?
Thanks for the help
John
