North Central G2G Roll Call

Let's see.....I got heat, A/C (two in fact), both hot and cold running water,  electricity, and a very solid roof made of wood covered in rubber. Also there is a ceiling fan, washer and dryer, and most important, Directv and a second beer fridge. Ain't no hotel got anything on me.   

AND, AND, AND! ...

If ill be stayin in the lot next to him in a tent, i suppose i'll have access to all of that too if my tent fails! 

Not only does a hotel have nothing on Ken's git up, but it also has nothing on my flood and/or extreme cold insurance policy!

I've spent many a night in a tent either freezing or watching my toothbrush float out the door (with 13 years in scouting, you get to experience all types of camping weather).  So, no problem bro! I won't let you freeze or drown. 

I also have a extra bed if needed. I can also leave the dining table and chairs at home and have a spot for the air mattress if needed also.

~laughs softly~ Dave you couldnt wait to tell them I am trying everything possible to get out for this one...

I'm hoping to bring my truck and get some advice I know I need struts and the shop local to me wants $400 to get and install.  I was told Monroe Struts but I can get Gabriel Pro Struts plus my brakes (to be done b4 I head anywhere) for 185.  Just need someone to do my struts for me.

So yes I am doing a lot of dealing to get out there

Looks like Kristin and I won't be able to make it out either.  My job has me training at a new site as a supervisor and I can't pass up the opportunity.  I'm thoroughly pissed with my boss for doing this now, as he knew I was going out of town that weekend, but he says that they need me fully trained over and ready to run the full operation in a month.

I was really looking forward to getting away for another weekend and meeting the guys that I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet.  Looks like it will have to wait until next years National G2G at BehindBars place.

Are you coming for the weekend or just the day? We're about half and half with hotels and campgrounds. I'm sure we can set you up with a place to crash if need be. If its just for the day we can meet at the racetrack, but if you come to the campground there will be a world class pancake breakfast waiting for ya'
