Thanks. I've enjoyed what I've done so far.  Haven't really pushed the 'business' side of things yet, but there's slowly things coming in to do.  I think once I get through this summer, I might concentrate on it a little more.

I have a fairly large t-shirt order with someone right now and he does not do hats... do you?

I can't do hats.  There are machines that can heat press hats, but I think it looks terrible.  IMO, embroidery is the only way to go with hats.

I cant even recall seeing a hat that wasn't embroidered.

You doing the shirts crossed my mind but it turned out to be too convenient to have my brothers guy do them and for the price he charged... i just dont get how any justifiable profit was made. ($7 a shirt for 2 colors front and back)

Currently they are either brought to me, or I've placed a few orders with jiffyshirts.com. 

If you don't mind, send me the info to where she works.  I don't have a go to wholesaler by any means, still looking for one.  My brother also has a clothing line he's starting, I know he's been looking for a wholesaler also.

What are you doing for simple bumper stickers...  Clear back with a saying or logo.. PM me if you want.

I don't have anything pre-made, anything I've done has been 'custom' for whatever the person wants.  The limitations I have is I can just cut a color, I can't print anything. 

For instance, this sunburst that I did for the boat, I had to separate the rays from the sun in the software and then cut each color.  After they were cut, I combined them so they could be put on the boat as one sticker.

No idea what weight they are... but they do not feel cheap. They actually are much thicker than an average Haynes or Fruit of the Loom shirt. As far as what type of printing... if the heat pressed one is slightly raised, then its not. I could ask when i pick them up at the end of the week.

Also, to get that deal, i had to order 50. If i wanted only one color, it was $6 a shirt. Its an extra dollar per shirt per color.

I also got 5 hoodies made, too. $20 a pop. I asked him if they are shit hoodies or nice ones... he said they're not high end but he'd wear them out, so we'll see...

He even tells me that there's not much profit in them. He makes most of his money doing business lit signs, truck lettering and yard signs.

I'm also researching screen print setups and will be purchasing a setup soon.  That will give me more capability in quantity and colors.  Pretty excited to finally pull the trigger on that.
