Here's the background.....
As many of you know, my grandpa and I were best friends. I grew up helping him make furniture and wood crafts in his wood shop. As he got too old and unable to work in his shop anymore, he took a lot of interest in what I was doing in my shop. Even though he knew I would have nothing to do with woodworking, he still cared. Every time I went to see him the first thing he asked me was "Whatcha working on today, boy?"
Grandpa got tired of being stuck in his recliner wearing oxygen and went to his big wood shop up above this January. It ripped a big hole in my heart.
I wanted a little tribute to look up at whenever I'm out there and remind me that he can still see what I'm doing. Travis nailed it for me. Right down to the font that looks like grandpa's sloppy cursive. Plus it was inexpensive and he got it to me super fast.
Thanks Travis. This means a lot.
